MANDATORY Captains Meeting on Thursday, October 10th from 4-7pm at Mavi Waterfront Bar & Grill | 2309 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250: Registration opens at 4:00pm and the Captains Meeting will begin at 7:00pm.
