Sip & Stroll Art Walk raises…

What an incredible turnout for the inaugural Sip and Stroll Art Walk at Jacksonville School for Autism! We’re thrilled to report that our first-ever art walk was a resounding success, thanks to the overwhelming support and enthusiasm from our families, staff, and community members! The vibrant atmosphere, filled with laughter, creativity, and connection, truly embodied the spirit of our school. Because of your generosity, we raised $7,500 for the JSA Creativity for Change Art Program!

We want to extend a heartfelt acknowledgment to Shereece Geanmers, JSA Director of Transition & Postgraduate Services and OG staff member Irene Batario (better known as Mama-Irene) for their unwavering dedication and tireless efforts in making this event possible. Their passion for students and commitment to our cause have been instrumental in bringing this vision to life.
A special thank you goes out to our generous sponsor, Natalie Jellison Peery, whose support helped make this event a reality. Natalie’s belief in our mission and willingness to invest in our community is deeply appreciated. We can’t forget to thank the Carole Mayedo Band for adorning the evening with their beautiful melodies.

And of course, none of this would have been possible without the participation and support of all our attendees. Your presence, both financially and physically, speaks volumes about your commitment to our school and the individuals we serve. Thank you for joining us on this journey and for helping to make our inaugural Sip and Stroll Art Walk an unforgettable experience.
