Jacksonville School for Autism (JSA) is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young adults with autism, we encourage you to apply.

Position Summary

As an RBT at JSA, you will work directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support the development of communication, social, academic, and daily living skills. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to helping each student reach their fullest potential.

Essential Responsibilities
Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) utilizing evidence-based practices, including Verbal Behavior and errorless teaching strategies.
Collect, record, and analyze student data to monitor progress and guide instruction.
Assist with skill assessments, including VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R.
Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and families.
Support students in developing communication, social, behavioral, and functional life skills.
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents with autism preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
Ability to actively engage with students throughout the school day, including lifting, positioning, and assisting as needed.
Must pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
