A native of Pennsylvania, Libby has called Jacksonville home since 1994. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in 1991 with a degree in Economics and a minor in International Political Science. While at Vanderbilt, Libby volunteered as an after-school tutor through the Teach for America Program.

Libby began her marketing career with Chilton Research Services in Radnor, PA. In 1994 she was recruited to join Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida in their market research department. Over the course of the next 12 years, she held various positions within the Marketing Division, including Brand Strategy Manager and Director of Marketing Communications. In 2006, she left the full-time arena to spend more time with family, but has kept her foot in marketing and communications doing part-time work for Incepture, Inc. and TriServ Alliance, LLC.

Libby’s community service and volunteer activities center on children and education. She sits on the Board for Jacksonville School for Autism and will serve as President of the Parent’s Association at San Jose Episcopal Day School for the 2009/2010 school year. She is a former member of the Junior League of Jacksonville and the United Methodist Women’s Board at Lakewood United Methodist Church.

Libby lives in Jacksonville with her husband Tony Kelly and their children, Maguire Kelly and Parker Kelly.
